Does ARES MOBILE only serve in Madrid?
Ares Móbile provides service throughout Spain, although in some areas of difficult access, such as rural areas, we recommend receiving your reservations as far in advance as possible.

What are the reservation and service hours?
Our reservation schedule is 24 hours, every day of the year. However, we recommend making your reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure service availability.
In the same way, our service is available 24 hours a day, uninterrupted. However, the availability of vehicles at night or on designated dates may be limited, so please make your reservations as early as possible.
How many bags and, what size, can I carry?
If you carry more than one package per person, or luggage of exceptional size such as bicycles, surfboards, skis, etc. you should speak with one of our agents.
Is it possible to bring pets?
In general it is possible, but we must be informed beforehand and your pets must travel using the necessary equipment. Consult our agents for more accurate information.
Where do I pick up at the airport?
Our driver is waiting for you with a sign with your name in the arrival hall corresponding to your flight.
What happens if I miss my flight or arrive late?
Our operations team continuously monitors the actual arrival of the flights, so you should not worry about it. However, in case of loss of a flight or connection, you must notify us as soon as possible, in order to avoid unwanted charges for this reason.
Our reservations staff will take note of this and proceed to try to reorganize your collection.
How far in advance should I leave for the airport?
Our company respects the recommendations of AENA and the airlines in this respect, so you must arrive at the airport at least one hour in advance in case your flight is national and two or three hours in advance in case of flights International, depending on the destination.
The length of the journey between your pick-up point and the Airport will depend on the distance to travel, the time and date of the service.
What if I need to cancel or modify a service?
Customers who need to cancel a service must contact our reservation center on the phone +34 91 747 75 70 or process the cancellation or modification of the reservation through our website or APP. Use your locating system on the Web or App.
Please note, however, that charges may apply, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Traveling with children?
No problem. Children's seats are available upon prior request at no cost. If your child is over 135 cm, you do not need to use child equipment.
What would be the maximum number of passengers to hire a standard Ares Móbile vehicle?
From 3 people, they would have to travel in a minivan vehicle. For more than 7 people, we would recommend a minibus if you want to travel together, or make combinations of several touring vehi-cles or minivan if you do not mind traveling separately.
However, if you are traveling with a lot of luggage you may not be able to use one of our touring ve-hicles and it is necessary to use a minivan. Contact us and explain your case, we will be happy to help.
Can the ARES MOBILE service take me to any destination I choose?
Ares Móbile service has no geographical restrictions. However, we recommend consulting with our agents any special request that involves traveling outside Spain.
